The staff members were very helpful and smart. The restaurant was nice with good service and served local food. The location within walking distance from the city center was comfortable. There were shopping malls nearby the hotel.

The hotel has a marvelous and absolutely perfect location near shops. It is based next to a metro station, just a 15-minute ride away. - It's close to Disneyland and a huge park with a permanent fun fair. - the breakfast offers gluten-free options for every taste.

The room we booked was very clean and had an additional sofa bed, the location seems to be in a safe and beautiful area.

Beautifully decorated and modern place, private parking, well-mannered stuff. Decent size units with an iron, a shower and coffee. Good and unbeatable setting in the nice quiet area, next to a useful supermarket, the metro and supermarket and restaurants. Again, not far from Cirque Phenix. Great services! The easy check-in.

The location was great and awesome, at a walking distance from a sprawling urban park. Supermarkets and convenience stores were right next door.

A decent size hotel unit with good beds. Smart staff and good and perfect location right by Disneyland Paris or central Paris as well as restaurants, bars and shopping malls.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our holiday. We loved the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with a metro station right in front of the hotel, allowing us easy access to explore the city. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, satisfying our taste buds every morning.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. The breakfast attendants were not as warm and friendly as the rest of the hotel employees, which slightly affected our experience.

Very close to the metro. Extremely clean. Staff had mixed levels of English (from none to fluent) but the "franglais" we communicated with was treated with good humour and they were very helpful!

The breakfast was nice but I felt a bit overpriced (15 euros). I recommend a boulangerie (bakery) next to the metro station for those on a budget or those who fancy fresh warm buttery croissant in the morning!
